The Will of Michael Bonner

In the Name of God Amen I Michael Bonner of Paridise Street Rotherhithe in the County of Surrey Mariner being of sound and disposing mind and Memory and understanding (praised be Almighty God for the same) Do the day and year hereunder written make Publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say in the ffirst place I order all my just debts and ffuneral Expences and the Costs and charges of proving this my Will and incident thereto be fully paid and discharged and after payment thereof I do hereby give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects I shall at the time of my decease be possessed of or intitled to over which I shall have any disposing power of whatsoever nature or kind soever the same may be and all my Estate and Interest therein unto my dearly beloved Wife Eleanor Bonner to and for her own whole and sole proper use and benefit hoping that she will take proper care of all our dear Children and I do hereby Nominate Constitute and Appoint my said dear Wife Eleanor Bonner sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And lastly I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare these presents only to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Michael Bonner the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament contained in this single sheet of paper set my hand and seal this thirty first day of January 1810 Michael Bonner
