The Will of Denis Bond

This is the last Will and Testament of Denis Bond of Grange in the County of Dorset Esqr made and published this seventeenth day of June in the Year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred and fforty Imprimis I give and devise unto my Wife Sophia all my Jewels and Plate as are in my Dwelling House at Grange aforesaid And also all my Coach and one pair of Coach Geldings such as she shall choose Item I give unto her the use of all my Household Goods Linnen and ffurniture which are in my Dwelling House in George Street Hanover Square for so long time only as she shall live and remain my Widow And afterwards I will that such Household Goods Linnen and ffurniture shall go to such Person or Persons as shall be intitled to the Rents and Profits of my said Dwelling House in George Street by virtue of a Deed of Settlement executed by me and bearing even Date with these Presents All the Rest of my Personal Estate I give and devise unto my Brother John Bond whom I also make Executor of this my Will. Whereas my Brother John Bond late of Tyneham Esq is dead since the making and publishing of my last Will I do hereby appoint my Nephew John Bond Esq my Executor and Residuary Legatee of my Personal Estate in his place not altering in any otherwise any part thereof Witness my Hand this Twenty sixth day of October 1744_ Denis Bond
