I Jane Peach Bolton of Walton on the Naze in the County of Essex do hereby give & bequeath to my beloved husband All my real and personal Estate for his sole use and benefit after my just debts funeral and testamentary expences are paid I do hereby nominate and appoint my beloved husband William Bolton and his Son Joseph Sadler Bolton Executors of this my last Will and Testament and by this deed I revoke and annul all my former wills In testimony whereof I have set my hand this fifth day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty two

On the 8th day of May 1852 Admon (with the Will annexed) of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of Jane Peach Bolton (wife of the Revd William Bolton) the husband and Joseph Sadler Bolton the Executors named in the said Will they having been first sworn duly to administer. The said Revd William Bolton the lawful husband of the said deceased being the sole person entitled to her personal estate and effects over which she had no disposing power and concerning which she is dead intestate
