The Will of William Bolding

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Bolding of No 18 North Street Sidney Street Stepney in the County of Middlesex Gentleman ffirst I direct that all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses to be fully paid and satisfied I give and bequeath to my Niece Lucy Elizabeth Longley all my household goods furniture plate linen china books and pictures clothes trinkets and all the ready money which may at the time of my decease be in and about the dwelling house I am now or then shall be residing to and for her own absolute use and benefit Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister in Law Jane Richards Widow of the late Richard Richards and my Niece Rebecca ffarr Wife of ffrancis ffarr jointly share and share alike and to the survivor of them all that place of Worship ground and premises situate and being in North Street aforesaid and commonly called or known by the name of Mount Pisyah Chapel To hold the same unto the said Jane Richards and Rebecca ffarr to and for their own absolute use and benefit for the remainder of the term which shall be then to come and unexpired at the time of my decease subject to the apportioned payment of the yearly sum of three pounds being part of the yearly sum of nine pounds reserved and made payable under the lease which I now hold of the said Chapel and premises together with other property belonging to me and hereinafter bequeathed Also I give and bequeath unto the said Lucy Elizabeth Longley all that my leasehold messuage or tenement and premises in which I now reside To hold the same unto her the said Lucy Elizabeth Langley to and for her own absolute use and benefit  subject to the apportioned payment of the yearly sum of three pounds being part of the  said yearly sum of nine pounds as before mentioned Also I give and bequeath unto my Sister in law Jane Longley Widow all that my leasehold messuage or tenement situate and being at 19 North Street aforesaid To hold the same unto the said Jane Longley to and for her own absolute use and benefit  subject to the apportioned payment of the yearly sum of three pounds being the remaining part of the  said yearly sum of nine pounds as before mentioned And as to all the Rest residue and Remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever I give and bequeath the same unto the said Lucy Elizabeth Longley Also I hereby nominate and appoint the said ffrancis  farr and John Quick of No 53 Smith Street Stepney in the said County of Middlesex joint Executors of this my Will And I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Will and Wills by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said William Bolding the Testator have hereunto set my hand this second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty _ W Bolding
