In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Bodenham of Bewdley in the County of Worcester Sadler do make this my Will in manner following first I give to my neice Anne Bodenham one shilling I give to my neice Elizabeth Bodenham fforty shillings to my nephew John Bodenham one shilling to my nephew William Bodenham five pounds to John Milner White Smith in Uper Street Bewdley my two sets of Coat Buttons that are silver they are twenty eight in number with the Coats they are upon at my death and all the rest of my Personal Estate I give to my Wife Anne Bodenham I also give and devise to my said Wife Anne Bodenham the House wherein I now dwell with the Outbuildings thereto belonging And all other the Premises which I purchased of Samuel Hellier Esquire and also all those my four Tenements situate in Lax Lane in Bewdley with their Appurtenances and also all that Close on Wyer Hill with the Barn thereon erected and now rented of me by Samuel Clark and all that Orchard on Bark Hill now in my possession and all other my freehold and copyhold Estate whatsoever and wheresoever to hold to my said Wife Anne her heirs and assigns for ever she paying my debts legacies and funeral Expences and I do hereby appoint my said wife Anne sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In Witness whereof In have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this eighth day of January 1750 Thos Bodenham
