A true and perfect inventory of all the goods cattells and chattills of John Boardman late of Newton in Makerfild in the County of Lancaster yeman deceased appraized and valued by William Baxter  Henry Boardman  Henry Johnson and Robert Eden four indifferent neighbours as followeth
