I Henry Bordman of Haydocke in the p’ashe
of winwicke doe make this my last will And testament in manner
and forme followeinge first I bequeath my soule unto Allmightye
god my maker And redeemer And my body to bee buryed in the p’ish
churcheyord of winwicke
Item it is my will that my debts legasies
And funerall expences shall bee deducted and taken up out of my
wholle goodes
Item it is my will that my goodes shall
bee devyded into three equall parts or por’cons videlicet: one
part unto my wyf And the other two parts shall bee equally
devyded Amongst all my Chylldren
Item it is my will Concerninge my liveinge
that Jeyne my wyf shall have and dispose of it all duringe her
naturall lyfe for And towards bringeinge up of my chylldren yet
neverthelesse It is my will that if it please god my wyf doe
fortune to marry or miscarye then It is my desyre that John my
eldest sone shall enter of all my liveinge Payeinge the yearely
Annueity to Jeyne my wyf w’ch is the some of £6 - 13 - 4 And
lykwyse the value or worth of two yeares p’fitts of my sayd
liveinge to bee distributed Amongest my younger sort of
Chylldren Accordinge as Thomas Precott And Robert Arowsmith w’ch
I intende to bee overseers of this my will shall thinke to bee
fitt is in cace my lease soe longe endure

Bordman my worser greene britches doublet and Cote
Item I doe give to my sone John the
Cubbord And table in the house w’ch the seeled bed in the
Chamber leavinge them as heireloomes
