I Edward Hudson Blower of Providence Street City Road in the County of Middlesex Butcher hereby revoke all wills codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last will and testament I devise all those my freehold messuages or tenements and hereditaments situate at Leicester in the County of Leicester and all other my real estate whatsoever unto and to the use of my wife Elizabeth Blower and her assigns for her life with remainder as to one moiety or equal half part thereof to the use of my son Thomas Blower in fee absolutely and as to the other moiety or equal half part thereof from and after the decease of my said wife to the use of my said son Thomas Blower his executors and administrators during the life of my daughter Margaret Upon trust to preserve the contingent remainders hereinafter limited and also to pay the rents and profits as and when the same shall accrue due and not by way of anticipation to my said daughter for her separate use free from marital control and for which rents and profits her receipts alone shall be discharges to my said trustees with remainder to such use or uses for the benefit of all or any one of the future born children or issue of my said daughter Margaret by William Smith of the New North Road in the County of Middlesex to whom she has been married or by any other person or persons whomsoever whether the marriage with the said William Smith is valid and whether such children or any of them are or shall be legitimate or not as she my said daughter shall be deed or will appoint and in default of appointment to the use of the present or future born children of my said daughter Margaret by the said William Smith or any other person or persons whomsoever whether her marriage with the said William Smith is valid and whether such children or any of them are or shall be legitimate or not and if more than one in equal shares in fee simple and if but one such child to such one or only child in fee simple with cross executor limitations of the shares original and accruing  on his or her dying under the age of twenty one years without having been married to the use of the others equally or to the other of them in fee simple with a limitation over the whole of the said moiety or equal half part in the event of there being no child or no child who shall attain the said age or marry my said daughter to such uses as my said daughter shall by will duly executed according to the wills act appoint and in default of appointment to the use of my said son Thomas Blower in fee simple I bequeath to my said wife Elizabeth Blower the sum of one thousand pounds sterling for her absolute benefit I bequeath to my said wife Elizabeth Blower and my said son Thomas Blower the sum of five hundred pounds sterling in trust to invest the same in or upon any of the government stocks funds or securities of the United Kingdom with liberty for the trustees or trustee for the time being to vary and transpose the investment from time to time for any other of the description aforesaid and to stand possessed of the said last mentioned legacy and the stocks funds or securities thereof In trust for the present or future born children of my said daughter Margaret by the said William Smith or any other person or persons whomsoever whether her marriage with the said William Smith is valid and whether such children or any of them are or shall be legitimate or not who shall attain the age of twenty one years or marry and if more than one in equal shares as tenants in common and if but one child the whole to be in trust for such one or only child I bequeath to Rosetta Trott my said wife’s sister now residing with my said son the sum of two hundred pounds sterling and to Maria Trott and Eliza Trott also sisters of my said wife the sum of fifty pounds sterling each and to my own sister Margaret Townsend of ...son in the County of Leicester widow of nineteen pounds nineteen shillings sterling I bequeath to my said son Thomas Blower my stock and implements in trade and book debts trade and the goodwill of my business and all my household goods furniture and effects whatsoever absolutely and I direct the legacies hereinbefore bequeathed to be paid and delivered within three Calendar months next after my decease And I bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said wife Elizabeth Blower and my said son Thomas Blower their executors administrators and assigns upon trust to sell get in and convert the same and to stand possessed of the monies to arise therefrom In trust for my said son and my said daughter Margaret in equal shares as tenants in common and their respective executors administrators and assigns nevertheless I direct that the share of my said daughter shall be received enjoyed and disposed by her as a separate estate free from marital control and that her receipts notwithstanding coverture shall be effectual discharges for the same and I declare that my trustees or trustee shall have power to apply the whole or any part of the annual income of the legacy trust funds or share to which the respective children grandchildren and issue aforesaid may be entitled or presumptively entitled under the trusts and provisions hereinbefore contained in or towards their respective maintenance or education or otherwise for their respective benefit during minority without regard to the ability of their respective parents (if any) to provide for them and the unapplied income shall be accumulated and the accumulation thereof shall be liable to be applied in like manner and subject to such liability shall be deemed accretions to the capital whence the same income arose and I also empower my trustees or trustee to apply any part not exceeding one third part of the capital of the legacy or share or presumptive share of the respective children grandchildren and issue aforesaid in or towards their respective establishment or advancement in the world I appoint my said wife Elizabeth Blower and my said son Thomas Blower Executrix and Executor of this my will and I empower my trustees or trustee for the time being of my will to give receipts for all monies and effects to be paid and delivered to them or him by virtue of this my will and declare that such receipts shall exonerate the persons taking the same from all liability to see to the application or disposition of the money or effects therein mentioned Provided always and I declare that if my trustees herein named or either of them shall die in my lifetime or be unwilling or incompetent to execute the trusts of my will it shall be lawful for the surviving or continuing trustees or trustee for the time being (if any) whether retiring from the office of trustee or not or if none the executors or administrators of the last surviving trustee to substitute by any writing under their or his hands or hand any fit person or persons to be trustee or trustees of this my will in whom alone (or as the case may be jointly with any surviving or continuing trustees or trustee) my trust estate shall be vested and I authorize my trustees or trustee for the time being upon any such appointment to enlarge or contract the number of my trustees if that shall be thought expedient and I exempt every trustee of my will from liability for the acts of his cotrustee of for losses occurring without his or her own wilful default and authorize him and her to retain and allow to his or her cotrustee all expences incidental to the trusteeship In Witness whereof \i the said Edward Hudson Blower have at the foot of each sheet of this my will contained in three sheets of paper set my hand
