The Will of William Bland

 

In the Name of God Amen I WILLIAM BLAND of the town and parish of Bowes in the Diocese of Chester and County of York being of Perfect mind and memory God be Praised do make this my Last Will and Testament revoking and making void all my wills before made. That is to say I give and bequeath to my dear wife ANN BLAND ... all my houses land tenements household goods shop goods beds bedding furniture implements and all other properties without and within my said houses and lands and to be disposed of as she my said wife ANN BLAND after my death thinks fit all being and lying in the said township and parish of Bowes in the said Diocese of Chester and County of York upon her paying all my just debts and funeral expences She my said dear wife being sole executrix of my whole effects ... witness my hand and seal the 5 January 1787
