The Will of James Blake

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me James Blake of the City of Oxford College Servant I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Mary Ann All my ffreehold houses at Kidlington in the County of Oxford my Leasehold house in Ship Lane in the City of Oxford and all my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever for her own use and separate use for and during the term of her natural life and from and immediately after her decease I give devise and bequeath the same unto my son ffrancis James Blake his heirs Executors Admors and assigns for ever but as to my Leasehold House in Ship Lane in which I now reside my Will is that if my Son should depart this life under the age of twenty one years then I give and bequeath the same after my Wifes decease to Henry Moses Gammon the Son of Moses Gammon of Ship Lane Merchant if he should be living at the time of my Sons decease his Executors Admors & Assigns And I appoint my said Wife Sole Executrix of this my will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this eighth day of October in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three       James Blake
