On the Eleventh Day of November 1871
The Will of William Blackshaw late of
Cleeve in the Parish of Yatton in the County of Somerset,
Coachmaker and Wheelwright deceased, who died on the Twenty
second day of September 1871, at Cleeve aforesaid, having a
fixed place of abode at Cleeve aforesaid, was proved in the
District Registry attached to Her Majesty’s Court of Probate at
Bristol by the Oaths of Charles Blackshaw of No 25 Cambridge
Terrace in the parish of Saint Mary Lambeth, in the County of
Surrey, Private Secretary (Son of the deceased) the sole
Executor therein named he having been first sworn duly to
administer.

This is the last Will and Testament of me
William Blackshaw of Cleeve in the County of Somerset Coachmaker
and Wheelwright I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Maria Blackshaw all
and every my household furniture and effects whatsoever and all
my property of every description whatsoever real and personal
whether in possessions reversions remainder or expectancy which
I may be possessed of or entitle to at the time of my decease To
have and to hold during her lifetime and at her death all
household furniture and effects to go to my Daughter Sarah Ann
Blackshaw if unmarried and the residue of my estate to be
divided among my Children Anna Maria Loader, Charles Blackshaw
and Sarah Ann Blackshaw and if any of my said Children do not
survive my wife then the share of such Child to his or her issue
(if any) And I do hereby appoint my said Son Charles Blackshaw
to be the Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former
Wills In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this First
day of Augusts One thousand eight hundred and seventy one
