The Will of Uriah Bird

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Uriah Bird of Camberwell in the County of Surrey Widow I give my House Shop and Stable unto my Grandson William Campling To hold during his pleasure subject to the approbation of his ffather when he disposes thereof and I give to each of my other Grandchildren the Legacy or sum of twenty pounds apiece when they respectively attain the age of twenty one years And as to all the Rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever after all my just debts are paid I give unto my daughter Sarah Campling and her husband Samuel Campling And I do hereby nominate and appoint my said daughter Sarah Campling and her husband Samuel Campling Executrix and Executor of this my Will and revoking all other Will or Wills by me at any time heretofore made I do declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this seventeenth day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty two Uriah Bird X her Mark   (Attestation Clause)   Thomas Bevan No 13 Burdett Street Walworth Common  _  Martha Bevan of the same place   Proved at London 17 September 1834   PCC Prob11/1835
