THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

Of me MARIA ANTOINETTE BIRCH at present living at Fordcombe Manor Fordcombe Kent  spinster    I hereby revoke all wills and testamentary instruments heretofore made   I give and bequeath everything of which I am possessed to my beloved niece Olivia Gertrude Partington for her whole and sole use IN WITNESS whereof I have to this my last will set my hand this 4^th day of September 1912   - MARIA ANTOINETTE BIRCH

     I, MARIA ANTOINETTE BIRCH of 1 Probyn Road Tulse Hill in the county of Surrey spinster declare this to be a codicil which I make this sixth day of June one thousand nine hundred and thirteen to my will which is dated the fourth day of September one thousand nine hundred and twelve  I appoint my niece Olivia Gertrude Partington  of 70 Christchurch Road Tulse Hill aforesaid named in my said will to be the EXECUTRIX of my said will and in all other respects I confirm my said will IN WITNESS thereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year first above written MARIA ANTOINETTE BIRCH   -  Signed and declared by the above named Maria Antoinette Birch as a codicil to her last will in the presence of us both present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses  -  HEATON C HOWARD  LRCP Ln   289 Clapham Road SW   -   FLORENCE LININGTON   65 Dunbar Street West Norwood Maid
