This is the Last Will and Testament –
Of me Jessy Isabel Birch of 45 Larkhall Rise
Clapham London SW in the county of Middlesex made this 29th
day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
99 ninety nine I hereby revoke all Wills made by me at anytime
heretofore
I appoint my niece Clara Mary Mockford and
Kate Keely to be my EXECUCTORS and direct that all my debts and
funeral expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease I give and bequeath unto my niece Clara Mara Mockford my
jewel box and all my jewellery all my clothes and my Manicure
instruments and my half share of the silver and plated articles left
by my cousin O A Boyes I further Will and bequeath to the said
Clara Mary Mockford all and any cash I may leave after all my debts
and funeral expenses are paid I will and bequeath to Kate Keely all
or any of the furniture left to me by my above named cousin O A
Boyes To Walter Miles Mockford I bequeath my desk
To my sister M A Birch I will and bequeath my
furniture and household goods but I wish my niece Clara Mary
Mockford to take charge of same and to use it until my sister M A
Birch who is at present in New Zealand returns and claims it and as
to all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects
whatsoever and wheresoever both real and personal whether in
possession reversion remainder or expectancy I give and bequeath the
same unto my sister M A Birch IN WITNESS whereof I the said Jessy
Isobel Birch have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand the
twenty ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and ninety nine
