Late of No 5 Durham Place Chelsea in the County of Middlesex Widow

Deceased who died on the 23^rd day of March 1872

at No 5 Durham Place aforesaid

was proved in the Principal Registry of Her Majesty’s Court of Probate, by the Oath

of Jessy Isobel Birch of No 5 Durham Place

aforesaid Spinster the daughter of the said Deceased

One of the Executrixes named in the said Will She having been first sworn duly to

administer, power being reserved of granting Probate of the said Will

to Maria Antoinette Birch Spinster the daughter also of the said Deceased

the other Executrix named in the said Will

Effects under 300 pounds
