This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Billingham of Quinton in the County of Northampton Spinster (that is to say) I give and bequeath unto Martha Arnot the Wife of Samuel Arnot of Quinton aforesaid Laborer the Sum of twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain but in case the said Martha Arnot shall happen to die within my lifetime I give and bequeath the said Sum of twenty pounds unto her two Daughters Elizabeth the Wife of William Eydon of S....leton in the said County Laborer and Hannah Arnot Spinster equally to be divided between them share and share alike And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my personal Estate subject to the Payement of my debts ffuneral and Testamentary Expences I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Illegitimate Son William Billingham his Executors and Admons to and for his and their own use and benefit and I do make constitute and appoint the said William Billingham sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made do declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty five The mark of Elizabeth Billingham
