This is the last Will and Testament of me John Biddle of Notcliffe in the Parish of Derehurst otherwise Deerhurst in the County of Gloucester Gentleman I give devise and bequeath unto my Brother in Law Samuel Barnes of Aston Keynes in the County of Wilts Clerk his heirs Executors and Administrators all my freehold and Leasehold Messuages  Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate lying and being in the said Parish of Derehurst otherwise Deerhurst and Elsewhere in the said County of Gloucester and in the Parishes of Bushley and Longdon and elsewherein the County of Worcester Except what is Comprized in my Marriage Settlement which was made with my Present Wife that was made on Marriage with her and all my Estate right Title and in the said Messuages  Lands Tenements and Hereditaments and I give to the said Samuel Barnes all and Singular my Personal Estate and declare it to be my Will that in case any part of my Leasehold Estate can be saved after Satisfaction of my debts that my Nephew William Barnes Son of the said Samuel Barnes shall have the same and I hereby give him the same accordingly and I do hereby Constitute and appoint the said Samuel Barnes my Executor of this my last Will and Testament and hereby revoke all former and other Wills by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Sixteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord God one thousand Seven hundred and forty Six John Biddle
