This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Bevan late Servant to Thomas Prothero of Lea near the City of Bristol Esquire but now of the Town of Monmouth whereby I dispose of all my Estate & Effects in manner following (that is to say) I give devise & bequeath unto my Brother in Law John Cope of the same town of Monmouth Ironmonger & Ann the wife of the said John Cope & to the Survivor of them All & singular my real & Personal Estates & Effects of what nature kind sort soever and wheresoever situate & being To hold unto & be received & taken by the said John Cope & Ann his wife & the Survivor of them & the Heirs Exors Admors & Assigns of such Survivor for ever & I hereby appoint the said John Cope & Ann his wife Exor & Extrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills or Will by me heretofore made do declare this to be my last In witness I the said Testator Thomas Bevan have hereunto set my hand and Seal the twenty third day of August One thousand eight hundred and seven _Thos Bevan
