I Richard Berry of Great Rollright in the County of Oxford Yeoman Do hereby revoke all and every Will and Wills and other testamentary dispositions by me made at any time or times herebefore and declare this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament And I do hereby will and direct that all my just Debts funeral Charges and the Expences of Proving and establishing this my Will shall be first paid and discharged And I do hereby give and devise unto John Berry alias Osborne the natural son of my Brother John Berry his Heirs and Assigns All that my ffreehold Messuage or Tenement (formerly two Messuages or Tenements) with the Appurtenances situate at Great Rollright aforesaid wherein I now dwell And all those my two freehold Closes or inclosed Ground with the Appurtenances situate at Great Rollright aforesaid containing One hundred and two Acres two Roods and three Perches (more or less) now in my own Occupation And all other my ffreehold Messuages and Tenements and Hereditaments with Appurtenances situate at Great Rollright aforesaid or elsewhere To hold unto the said John Berry alias Osborne his Heirs and Assigns for ever And I do hereby give and bequeath All my Personal Estate and Chattels and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature kind or sort soever (Subject to the Payment of my just debts ffuneral Charges and testamentary Expences) unto the said John Berry alias Osborne and William Berry alias Osborne (another son of the said John Berry) their Executors Admors and Assigns for ever equally to be divided between them share and share alike And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said John Berry alias Osborne the Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Testimony whereof I the said Richard Berry have to the first Sheet of this my will contained in two Sheets of Paper affixed my Hand and to the Second or last Sheet subscribed my Name and affixed my Seal the Twenty eighth day of December in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and ninety nine
