I give my plate wine spirit decanters and glasses unto my Brother John Berry of Wakefield Solicitor and I give unto my nephews and nieces  John Wood Berry  John Graham Berry  and  Rebecca Graham Berry forty pound apiece and I give All the Residue of my Personal estate/after payment of my debts funeral and testamentary expenses and legacies/unto and equally among my three sisters  C????? Berry  Ann Berry  and  Mary Berry      

I appoint my brother in law John Walburn of Number 3 East Smithfield Grocer and Luke Marsden of Huddersfield Common  Carrier  Executors of this my Will
