The Will of Mary Bennett

 

This is the last Will of me Mary Bennett of Stokegoldington in the County of Bucks Spinster made the 9 Day of Agust in the Tenth year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third one thousand Seven Hundred and Seventy one First my Will and Desire is that all my Just Debts Legacies and Funeral Expences be fully paid and discharged by my Executors herein after named Next I give and bequeath to my Kinsman Thomas Bennet of Stokegoldington aforesaid Blacksmith the Sum of Ten Pounds of good and lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid him within twelve months next after my Decease Next I give and bequeath to my Kinsman John Bennet of Stokegoldington aforesaid Labourer Blacksmith the Sum of Ten Pounds of Good and Lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid him within Twelve Months next after my Decease Next I give and bequeath to my Kinsman John Bennet of St Albans in the County of Hertford Blacksmith the Sum of Ten Pounds of Good and Lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid him within Twelve Months next after my Decease Next I give and bequeath to my Kinsman Lawrence Bennett of Piddington in the County of Northampton the Sum of Ten Pounds of Good and lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid him within Twelve Months next after my Decease Next I give and bequeath to my Kinsman John Warren of London in the County of Middlesex the Sum of Five Pounds of Good and Lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid him within Twelve Months next I give and bequeath to my Kinsman James Warren of Husband Crawley in the County of Bedford the Sum of Five Pounds of Good and Lawfull money of Great Brittain to be paid him within Twelve Months next I give and bequeath to my Kinsman John Timse of Hackleton in the County of Northampton the Sume of ten Pounds Wen at Age next after my Decease Next I give and bequeath to My Kinswoman Mary Bennitt of Stokegoldington  aforesaid Spinster and to my Kinswoman Alice Bennitt of Wellingborough in the County of Northampton Spinster all the rest residue and Remainder of my Goods Chattells and personal Estate of What Nature Sort or Kindsoever after all my said Just Debts Legacies and ffuneral Expences are fully paid and discharged to Hold to my said Kinswoman Mary Bennitt and Alice Bennitt their Executors and Administrators And I do hereby Make Ordain Constitute and appointe my said Kinswoman Mary Bennitt and Alice Bennitt  Executors of this my last Will and Testament Hereby revoking all former and other Wills and declaring this Only to be my last Will and Testament In Wittness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal the Day and year first above written
