In the Name of God Amen I Joseph Bennett of the Hamlet of Hammersmith in the Parish of ffulham in the County of Middlesex Cloaths Salesman being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following ffirst and principally I commend my Soul to God who gave it And my body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as to such Worldly Goods as God in his goodness hath bestowed upon me or that I may be possessed of at the time of my decease I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Sarah Bennett all my money both at home and in the Public ffunds in the Bank of England Securities for money Goods Chattels Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death And I do nominate constitute and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every Will and Wills at any time heretofore made by me and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Joseph Bennett have hereunto set my hand and seal this 23rd day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty four Joseph Bennett
