In the Name of God Amen I Charles Bennett of Henley upon Thames in the County of Oxford Sadler being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding Do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following that is to say after all my just debts  ffuneral and testamentary Expences are fully paid and satisfied I give bequeath and devise all the residue remainder and remainders whatsoever and wheresoever to be equally divided unto and between my brothers Thomas Bennett and George Bennett and to their respective executors admors and assigns Provided always and my will further is that it shall and may be lawful to and for my hereinafter named Executors and each of them their and each of their administrators in the first place by and out of such Monies as shall come to their respective hands by virtue of this my will to deduct and reimburse themselves respectively all such cost charges losses damages and expences whatsoever as they respectively shall in any way bear sustain or be put unto in the execution thereof or any matter relative thereto And lastly I do hereby nominate and appoint my said brothers Thomas Bennett and George Bennett joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament and do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made In Testimony whereof I the said Charles Bennett the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the sixteenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and thirty one _ Charles Bennett
