Hannah Belward of Groville Street in the Parish of St Andrew,
Holborn in the County of Middlesex Spinster being of sound mind and
memory do make publish and declare this my last Will and Testament
in manner following first I do order that my body be decently
interred at Nottingham in the County of Suffolk unto my relations
who lie buryed there at the discretion of my Executrix hereinafter
named. Item: I will that all my just Debts, ffuneral expenses and
the Probate of this my last Will and Testament be first paid and
discharged. Item: I give and bequeath unto the poor of the parish
where I shall happen to die and also unto the poor of the said
Parish of Nottingham the sum of five pounds a piece of lawful money
of Great Britain to be distributed by my Executrix in such manner as
she shall think fit amongst such of the poor of the said two
parishes or either of them. Item: I give and bequeath unto the
Minister of the Parish where I shall happen to die one Guinea. Item:
I give and bequeath unto my two nephews Ffrederick Keller and
Richard Keller and unto my niece Elizabeth Keller the sum of fifty
pounds a piece to be paid to them respectively within twelve months
next after my decease. Item: I give and bequeath unto my niece Susan
Ffisher the sum of thirty pounds to be paid to
her within twelve months next after my decease. Item: I give and
bequeath unto Richard Ffisher, son of my late nephew Richard Ffisher
deceased the sum of twenty pounds to be paid to him when he attains
the Age of twenty one years. Item: I give and bequeath unto my said
nephew Richard Keller one set of silver castors marked with the
letters S.C.. Item: I give and bequeath to Elizabeth (Thiss??) of (Scarletstone???)
in the county of Norfolk the sum of twenty shillings a year to be
paid to her by my Executrix by two equal half yearly payments owing
the term of her natural life the first payment thereof to be made at
the end of six months next after my decease. Item: I give and devise
unto my said nephew Richard Kellor one annuity or yearly rent of ten
pounds and to my said niece Elizabeth Keller one other Annuity or
yearly rent of ten pounds to be paid to them and each of them by
four equal quarterly payments owing the term of their respective
natural lives free from all taxes and deductions whatsoever and I do
hereby charge all my messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
whatsoever at Thorp Abbotts or elsewhere in the County of Norfolk
with the payment of the said two Annuities the first Quarterly
payment whereof my will and mind is shall begin?? And be made at the
end of three months next after my death and my Will and mind is that
when and as often as the said Annuitys or either of them of them or
any part of them or either of them shall be behind or unpaid for the
space of thirty days next over or after any of the said days or
times on which the same ought to be paid as aforesaid (being first
lawfully demanded) that then and so often and at any time or times
then after it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Richard
Kellor and Elizabeth Kellor or either of them into and upon all or
any of the messuages Lands tenements and hereditaments hereinbefore.
Charged with the payment thereof to enter and the (Distrof and
Distrosses???) then and there found to obtain sell and dispose of as
he or she shall think fit until he and she shall be fully paid and
satisfied all the Arrears of their respective Annuitys together with
all such costs charges and expenses as he or she shall or may lay
out expend or be put into in or about the making keeping selling or
disposing thereof or any part thereof Item I give and devise unto my
niece Ann Ffisher one Annuity or yearly rent of ten pounds to be
paid by four quarterly payments during the term of her natural life
free from all taxes and deductions whatsoever upon condition she the
said Ann Ffisher shall and do within three months next after my
death will and sufficiently surrender and release to such person or
persons as shall be virtue of this my last Will and Testament be
entitled to all or any part other of the freehold or Copyhold Lands
Tenements or hereditaments whereof my late
brother Richard Belward Esquire dyed seized possessed of interested
in or entitled to all her right and title whatsoever of in or to all
and every the freehold and Copyhold messuages Lands Tenements and
hereditaments whatsoever whereof my said late Brother Richard
Belward Esquire dyed seized possessed of or entitled to an I do
herby charge all my messuages Lands tenements and hereditaments
whatsoever at Nottingham aforesaid with the payment of the said
Annuity the first quarterly payment whereof my will and mind is
shall begin and be made at the end of three months next after my
decease And my will and mind also is that when and so often as the
said Annuity or any part thereof shall be behind and unpaid for the
space of thirty days next over or after any of the said days or
times on which the same ought to be paid as aforesaid being first
lawfully demanded that ? so often and at any time or times than
after it shall and may be lawful to and for the said Ann Ffisher
into and upon all or any of the messuages Lands tenements and
hereditaments herein before charged with the payment thereof to
enter and ? and the (distrof and distroffes???) then and there
found to retain keep sell and dispose of as she shall see fit until
she shall be fully paid and satisfied all the Arrears of the said
Annuity with all such costs charges and expenses as she shall or may
lay out expend or be put into in or about the making keeping selling
or disposing thereof or of any part thereof. Item: I give and devise
unto my niece Mary Kellor and to her heirs forever all my Real
Estate whatsoever and wheresoever as well Copyhold and Ffreehold
Item I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my
personal Estate and effects of what nature or kindsoever unto my
said niece the said Mary Kellor and I nominate constitute and
appoint her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament But my
Will and mind is that in case my said niece Mary Kellor shall happen
to die during my life time that then and in such case and upon such
contingency I give and devise unto my said Nephew Frederick Kellor
and to his heirs and Assigns forever all my Real Estate
whatsoever and wheresoever as well as Copyhold as Freehold charged
and chargeable nevertheless with the Legacy and Annuity herein after
given to the said Richard Ffisher and Ann Ffisher Item In case my
said niece Mary Kellor shall happen to die in my life time then and
in such case I give and bequeath unto the said Richard Ffisher son
of my said nephew Richard Ffisher deceased the sum of one hundred
pounds instead of the said sum of twenty pounds herein above by me
given and bequeathed to him as aforesaid to be paid to him at the
age of twenty one years. In case he shall so long live and shall and
do within six months next after he shall attain the age of twenty
one will and sufficiently surrender and release to such person or
persons as shall by virtue of this my last Will and Testament be
entitled to all or any part either of the freehold or copyhold Lands
Tenements or Hereditaments whereof my said late Brother Richard
Belward Esquire dyed seized possessed of Interested in or entitled
to all his Right and title whatsoever of in or to all and every the
freehold and Copyhold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments
whatsoever whereof my said Late Brother Richard Belward Esquire dyed
seized possessed of or entitled to And I do hereby charge all my
Real Estate with the payment thereof upon the terms and conditions
aforesaid and I also charge the same with the payment of four pounds
a year to be paid and applied for and towards the maintenance
education and bringing up of the said Richard Ffisher until he shall
attain the age of twenty Item In case the said Mary Kellor shall
happen to die in my life time I give and devise to the said Susan
Ffisher instead of the said Legacy of thirty pounds herein aboveby
me given and bequeathed to her as aforesaid one Annuity or yearly
Rent of ten pounds to be paid to here by four equal quarterly
payments during the term of her natural life free from all taxes and
conditions whatsoever upon condition she the said Susan Ffisher
shall and do within three months next after my death will and
sufficiently surrender and release to such person or persons as
shall by virtue of this my Last will and Testament be entitled to
all or any part either of the Freehold or Copyhold Lands Tenements
or Hereditaments whereof my said late brother Richard Belward
Esquire dyed seized possessed of Interested in or entitled to all
her Right and title whatsoever of in or to all and every the
freehold and copyhold mortgages lands tenements and hereditaments
whatsoever whereof my said late brother Richard Belward Esquire dyed
seized possessed of or entitled to and I do hereby charge all my
Real Estate herein before by me devised to the said Ffrederick
Kellor as aforesaid with the payment of the said Annuity the first
quarterly payment whereof my Will and mind is that when and as often
as the said Annuity or any part thereof shall be behind or unpaid
for the space of thirty days next after or over any of the said days
or times on which the same ought to be paid as aforesaid (being
first lawfully demanded that then and so often and at any time or
times then after it shall and may be lawful to and for the said
Susan Ffisher into and upon all or any part of the Estates herein
before charged with the payment thereof to enter and (distram??) and
the (distrof and distrofes??) then and there found to detain keep
sell and dispose of as she shall think fit until she shall be fully
paid and satisfied all the Arrears of the said Annuity together with
all such costs charges and expenses as she shall or my lay out
expend or be put into in or about the making keeping selling and
disposing thereof or of any part thereof Item in case
my niece the said Mary Kellor shall happen to die in my life
then and in such case I give and bequeath all the rest residue and
remainder of my personal Estate and Effects of what kind nature
quality soever unto my said Nephew Richard Kellor and my niece
Elizabeth Kellor their Executors and Administrators to
be equally divided between them share and share alike and I nominate
constitute and appoint the said Richard Kellor and Elizabeth Kellor
Executor and Executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking all former wills by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I
the said Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament contained
in five sheets of Paper to the four first of which I have set my
hand and to the last have set my hand and seal this twentieth day of
June in the Year of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty

said Testatrix as and for her for her last Will and Testament in the
Presence of us who in her presence and at her request have set our
names as Witnesses to the Due Execution hereof the word/four/being
first Interlined in the second sheet and the words /or either of
them or any part of therein of them/Going first Interlined in the
second sheet And the word/such/being first Interlined in the third

This
Will was proved at London the twenty sixth day of April in the year
of Our Lord one thousand seven hundred and fifty four before the
Worshipfull George Harris (?) Doctor of Law Surrogate to the Right
Honourable Sir George ??? Knight also Doctor of Law Master Keeper or
Commissary of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted by the Oath of Mary Kellor Spinster the niece of the
deceased and Sole Executrix named in the said Will to whom
Administration was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels
and Credits of the Said deceased being first Sworn Duly to
administer
