In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Bedford of Chepping Wycombe in the County of Bucks Widow Relict of Thomas Bedford late of the Parish of St Paul Covent Garden in the County of Middlesex Taylor deceased being in health of Body and of sound mind and memory (blessed be God) do make this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say) ffirst and principally I commit my Soul to God and my body to the Earth to be decently buryed by my Executrix hereinafter named and as for my Worldly Estate wherewith it hath pleased God to bless me I thus dispose thereof as followeth (that is to say) ffirst I give and bequeath unto my good friend Mr Hugh Grainger of Aldermanbury London one Golden Moidore to be paid to him forthwith after my decease by the Executrix of this my last Will and lastly I give and bequeath unto my Granddaughter Mary Bedford all the remainder of my moneys Goods and Personal Estate she thereout paying my Just debts and discharging my ffuneral Expences and I make and appoint her my said Granddaughter Mary Bedford sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me made I declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto out my hand and seal this twenty eighth day of august one thousand seven hundred and thirty three     the mark of Sarah Bedford
