In the name of God Amen I William Beale of Hooknorton in the County of Oxford Weaver being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding do this seventh day of October 1802 make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say first after my just debts funeral expences and the expence of proving this my will shall be paid I give and bequeath unto my son William Beale the sum of two shillings and sixpence Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann Johnsons the like sum of two shillings and sixpence to be paid them within one month after my decease Also I give devise and bequeath unto my loving Wife Hannah Beale the House wherein I now reside with the Appurtenances thereto belonging situate standing & being in Hooknorton aforesaid to her my said wife Hannah Beale her heirs and assigns forever And as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate both real and personal I give devise and bequeath the same of whatsoever kind and quality the same may be and wheresoever found unto my said loving Wife Hannah Beale to her and her heirs and Assigns for ever And I do hereby make ordain constitute and appoint my said Wife Hannah Beale Sole Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former and other wills and testaments by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament set and subscribed my hand and seal the day and year first above written Wm Beale
