This is my last Will and Testament of me
William Baverstock of Pimperne in the County of Dorset ffirst I
give to my Daughter Jane Baverstock for her natural life the
Dividends arising from Stock of one thousand pounds 3 Per Cent
Consols to be paid to her half yearly as the dividends may
become due for her sole use and benefit after my decease then
after my said Daughter’s decease the dividends arising from the
said one thousand pounds stock of the three Per Cent Consols I
give top the Child or children of my said for their support or
maintenance till they shall have attained the age of twenty one
years and after the youngest Child shall have attained the age
of twenty one years after my said daughter’s decease I direct
that the said one thousand pounds stock of the three Per Cent
Consols be sold the Produce of such sale I give to the child or
children of my said Daughter Jane Baverstock share and share
alike but if my said Daughter should die with no issue then I
give the said one thousand pounds Stock to my son William
Baverstock I further give to James Baverstock son of my said
Daughter Jane Baverstock the sum of five hundred pounds of lwful
money to be paid to him with the Accumulation of Interest when
he shall have attained the age of twenty five years I also give
to Mary Harvey my housekeeper the sum of ten pounds Annually to
be paid to her half yearly during her natural life And I direct
that four hundred pounds Stock be retained in the three per cent
Consols for the purpose of effecting the Payment of the said of
ten pounds Annually to be paid to her half yearly during the
said Mary Harvey’s natural life and after the said Mary Harvey’s
decease I give the said four hundred pounds Stock with the
surplus of Interest if any to my son William Baverstock and
after fulfilment of my before mentioned bequeath first my
Daughter Jane’s for her natural life to James Baverstock Son of
my said Daughter & Mary Harvey for her natural life The I give
and bequeath to my Son William Baverstock All my real and
personal Estate Stock and Crop Bonds or any other securities for
money reissue and remainder of my Estate and Effects of what
nature I am possessed of at my decease for his own use and
benefit And I appoint my Son William Baverstock my Executor in
trust of this my last Will and testament whereunto I this twenty
second day of April one thousand Eight hundred and twenty eight
affixed my name and seal in the presence of three witnesses
