This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Barton of Gresford in the County of Denbeigh Widow ffirst I direct that all my just debts funeral expences and the charges of proving this my Will shall be fully paid and satisfied and after payment and satisfaction thereof I give devise and bequeath to each and every of my Children (save and except my Daughter Ann who has already been amply provided for and who I intend shall not take any benefit or advantage whatsoever under this my Will)All my Real and Personal Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever To hold the same and every part thereof unto all and every my said Children (save and except my Daughter Ann who is not to have or take any part of my Property whatever) their and each of their Heirs Administrators and Assigns for ever as tenants in common and not as joint tenants And I hereby revoke all former Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and appoint my Son Joseph Barton sole Executor of this my Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of July one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight Mary Barton
