In the Name of God Amen the third day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and seventy three I John Barker of Thrales End in the parish of Luton in the County of Bedford Farmer being Aged Weak and infirm in Body but of sound mind memory and understanding thanks be given unto Almighty God for the same do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say ffirst all my husbandry Stock and Implements of husbandry of all sorts whatsoever and also all my Household Goods and Household ffurniture Linen and Woollen of all sorts wearing Apparel ready Money securities for Money and all and singular other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I shall be possessed with within the Kingdom of England I Give Will and bequeath unto my Neice Mary Roberts now Wife of John Roberts of Thrales End aforesaid in the parish of Luton in the County of Bedford Farmer at the time of my decease but upon the condition that she my said Neice Mary Roberts shall pay unto my two Neices Sarah Gray and Mary Smith of Copthall ten pounds a piece of lawful Money of Great Britain only within twelve Calendar Months next after my decease and also pay all my just Debts Funeral Charges and the Expences of the Probate of this my will and I do nominate and Appoint my Nephew John Roberts of Thrales End aforesaid Farmer full and sole Executor revoking and making void all former and other Wills and Testaments at any time heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said John Barker the Testator have hereunto set my hand or mark and seal the day and year first above written John Barker his mark
