The Will of Robert Barfoot
This is the
last Will and Testament of me Robert Barfoot of Husbands
Bosworth in the County of Leicester Butcher first I do
hereby will order and direct that all my just Debts
ffuneral Expences and the Charge of the Probate of this
my Will shall be paid and discharged by my Executrix
hereinafter named out of my Personal Estate and Effects
and then I give and bequeath unto my Wifes two Nieces
Amy Everitt of Maidwell in the County of Northampton and
Ann Everitt of Tingwick in the County of Buckingham
Spinsters the Sums of fifty Pounds apiece at their
attaining their respective Ages of Twenty one Years And
all the rest residue & remainder of my Estate and
Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature
kind or quality whatsoever both Real and Personal I give
devise and bequeath the same unto my dear Wife Amy
Barfoot her Heirs Executors Admors and Assigns for Ever
And I do hereby nominate constitute & appoint my said
dear Wife Amy Barfoot sole Executrix of this my Will And
lastly I do hereby revoke all former Will or Wills by me
made at anytime heretofore made & I do declare this to
be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the
said Robert Barfoot have hereunto set my hand and Seal
this third day of June in the Year of our Lord One
thousand eight hundred and five Robt Barfoot This Will was kindly transcribed and sent in by Ros.
