This is the last Will and Testament of me Mathew Baragwanath of the Borough of Saint Ives in the County of Cornwall Butcher I direct that my funeral may be conducted with decent plainness and that the expences thereof as well as my just debts and testamentary charges be first paid out of my Estate and Effects by my Executrix hereinafter named I give and bequeath unto my beloved Wife all my goods and chattels of what kindsoever and wheresoever situate to her her heirs executors administrators and assigns I hereby constitue and appoint my said Wife Elizabeth Baragwanath Executrix of this my Will revoking all others if any by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I the said Testator have to this my Will written on half sheet of paper set my hand and seal the ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and twenty five _ Mathew Baragwanath   (Attestation Clause)   John Harvey      John Quick   Proved at London 20 July 1849   PCC Prob11/2095
