I John Innys Baker of the City of Bristol Linen Merchant Do make this my last Will and Testament as follows ffirst I direct that all my just Debts and ffuneral Expences be paid by my Executrix hereinafter mentioned I Give and bequeath unto my dear Wife Mary all my Household ffurniture Plate Linen China and Effects of what nature or kind soever as her own Goods and...... absolutely And as to all the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kind soever that I may be possessed of or entitled unto at the Time of my Decease I give and bequeath the same unto my said Wife for her own use and benefit during the Term of her natural Life And from and after her decease I Give and bequeath the same unto and equally between all and every of my Children as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants and to their respective Executors and Administrators to be paid to them on their respectively attaining the Age of Twenty one years And until they attain that Age their respective Shares to be applied towards their maintenance and education and in case of the Death of any one or more of them under the aforesaid Age then his her or their Share to go to the Survivors in equal proportions And I Do hereby appoint my said Wife to be my Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all others by me made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this Twenty fifth day of ffebruary in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred and two _ Jno Innys Baker
