This is the Will of me Grace Baird of Liverpool Widow I give and bequeath to my niece Jane Henarty the Wife of Thomas Henarty of Liverpool Warehouseman all my estate and effects of every kind for her sole and separate use and benefit and to be invested paid and disposed of as she may from time to time by any writing under her hand direct and I appoint Daniel Willis of Liverpool Merchant sole Executor of this my Will which I make and publish this twenty ninth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty six_ Grace Baird
