This is the last Will and Testament of me ELIZABETH BADCOCK of Manchester in the county of Lancaster, Widow.
First I direct my debts, funeral and testamentery expenses to be paid by my executor hereinafter named and subject thereto.
I give devise and bequeath and appoint the whole of my estate and effects real and personal and whether in possession reversion remainder or expectancy unto my daughter ELIZABETH BADCOCK her heirs executors administrators and assigns absolutely.
And I appoint my friend SAMUEL DEAN of Manchester aforesaid, pawnbroker, sole executor of this my Will. And hereby revoking all other Wills by me herefore made. I declare this only to be my last Will and Testament. As witness my hand this fourth day of July one thousand eight hundred and forty-four.
Signed by the Testatrix Elizabeth Badcock as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us the undersigned who were present at the same time and attested and subscribed the said Will in the presence of the said Testatrix and of each other.

SAMUEL DEAN, the executor of this Will named, was sworn in common form and he further made oath that the personal estate and effects of the Testatrix within the Diocese of Cheshire, were under the value of one hundred pounds. Sworn before me, E.D. Jackson, B.C.L., surrogate.
The Testatrix died the second day of July, 1844.
