In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Attree of
the Parish of Eynsford in the County of Kent being weak in Body
but of sound & perfect mind and memory do make & publish this my
last will & Testament in manner & form following after my
ffuneral Expences are paid I give & bequeath to my beloved Wife
all my Real & Personal Estate that shall then remain whatsoever
& wheresoever under the Trust hereafter mentioned for the
subsistence of my beloved Wife Martha during her natural life
and at the expiration thereof my Will is to appoint Nominate
William Attree of Ardingley sole Executor of this my last will &
Testament likewise I Nominate Mr Maurace Carey ffarmer Trustee
of this my Will to see my Business justly settled & he to be
satisfied & paid out of my real & Personal Estate & after all
this is settled my will is to give and bequeath if any property
remains first I give to Wm Attree of Ardingley the sum of £10 in
lawful money for his Executorship after this an equal share with
my three Brothers Edward Attree William Attree & James Attree &
Mary Crabb to be equally divided between them share & share
alike and if the either of the five shall be deceased then their
Heirs to receive it This is my last will & Testament hereby
revoking all former or other wills by me at other time
heretofore made In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand &
