The Will of Ann Aspinall

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Aspinall of Portsmouth in the County of Southampton Widow made when in good Health and of sound and perfect Mind Memory and Understanding Whereby I recommend my Soul to God, my Body to the Earth and dispose of my Worldly estate and Effects in manner following that is to say I give and bequeath to my Niece Elizabeth Nelson Daughter of my Sister Elizabeth Nelson all and singular my Personal Estate of what kind or nature soever that I shall be possessed of interested or intitled to at the time of my decease to and for her own use and benefit subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just Debts and ffuneral Expences and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said Niece Executrix of this my Will and I do here by revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Testimony that this is my last Will I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal

this sixth Day of April one thousand seven hundred and seventy five The Mark of Ann Aspinall
