Died on the 11th of December 1812

 

This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Ashby of East Farndon in the County of Northampton Miller as follows that is to say All my Messuages Cottages Closes Lands Tenements Hereditaments and Real Estate whatsoever situate standing lying or being in East Farndon aforesaid or elsewhere with their and every of their Appurtenances I give & Devise unto my wife Susanna Ashby her Heirs and Assigns forever And further all my Household Goods other Goods Cattle Chattels Stock Effects Money Securities for Money Debts owing to me and personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I Give and Bequeath unto my said Wife Susanna whom I do hereby make nominate and appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this twenty fifth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twelve   Thos Ashby [seal]   Signed Sealed Published and declared by the above named Thomas Ashby as and for his last Will ahd Testament in the presence of us who in his presence at his request and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as Witnesses thereto (vizt)   Wm Wartnaby John Haines    Servant to Mr Ashby Isaac Underwood    Apprentice to Mr Ashby     [Note: Thomas Ashby died 11 December 1812]     On the 4th June 1813 the within named Susannah Ashby the sole Executrix was then sworn well and faithfully to perform the within written Will and that the Goods Chattels and Credits do not amount in value to the Sum of Two thousand Pounds Before me Cha Henry Tufnell.  Surrogate
