march I James Arowsmith of Haydocke in the p’ish of winwicke
beeing sicke of body but wholle of mynd And in perfect
remembrance thankes bee too god therfore I doe make this my last
will And testament in manner And forme followeinge
first I bequeath my soule unto Allmighty
god my maker And redeemer And my Body to bee buryed in the
p’ish Church yord of Prescott
Item it is my will that my debts And
funerall expences shall be paid And discharged out of my wholle
goodes Item it is my will that the remainder of my sayd goodes
shall bee devyded into three parts viz: I doe give one part unto
my wyf And it is my will the other two parts to bee devyded
equally Amongest all my Chylldren I doe ordaine And make
Elizabeth my wyf my true And lawfull Executor of this my last
will And testament to execute And performe the same As my trust
is in her.
