I Tryphena Arnold Widow of the late Henry Arnold in the County of Wilts do hereby make this my last Will and Testament as follows Whereas I am possessed of a House situate in St Mary’s Street in the Parish of Chippenham in the County of Wilts which after my decease I desire may be sold and added to my ffunded Property I give and bequeath to my Son Henry Arnold of Taunton in the County of Somerset one hundred and twenty pounds Sterling I give and bequeath to my Second Son Samuel Arnold of Navy Pay Office two hundred pounds Stock I give and bequeath to my third Son John Arnold broker of Piccadilly two hundred pounds Stock I give and bequeath to my Eldest daughter Tryphena Arnold two hundred pounds Stock I give and bequeath to my third daughter Cassandra Walsh twenty Pounds Sterling I give and bequeath to my Youngest daughter Mary Arnold two hundred pounds Stock I give and bequeath all my Household ffurniture Plate and Linen to my Eldest daughter Tryphena Arnold and to my Youngest daughter Mary Arnold to be equally divided between each of them after all my just Debts and Legacies are paid the remainder of my Property I give and bequeath to my Eldest daughter Tryphena Arnold and to my Youngest daughter Mary Arnold for their use and benefit and I do hereby constitute and appoint my Eldest Son Henry Arnold of Taunton Somerset sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all Wills hitherto made by me to be null and void In Witness whereof I have put my Hand and Seal this Sixteenth day of December eighteen hundred and five Tryphena Arnold _  Witnesses M H Awdrey  _  John Slade  _  C Awdrey
