This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Arnold of Sturminster Newton Castle in the County of Dorset Innholder as follows First I give and bequeath unto my two Daughters Ann and Harriet the sum of Thirty pounds each of lawful English and unto my Daughter Jane the sum of Ten Pounds of like lawful money And all the rest residue and remainder of the Property of which I shall be possessed of or entitled to at the time of my decease or over which I have a disposing power whether the same consists wholly or in part of Estates of Freehold Copyhold or for Years money in the Funds or otherwise  out upon security or at Interest Book or other Debts Stock in Trade or whatever sort or kind the same or any part thereof may be I give devise and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my Four Daughters Jane Ann Harriet and Elizabeth (the Wife of Robert Spencer) and my two sons William Arnold and Robert Arnold their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns equally to be divided between share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as joint tenants And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said son Thomas Arnold sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed and set my Hand and Seal this ninth day of April in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty one   Thos Arnold
