In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Arnold of Woodmanstern in the County of Surrey Laborer Son of Thomas Arnold who was the Brother of John Arnold also deceased do make publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament I give and devise unto my Wife Anne and to her Heirs for ever All that my Remainder and Reversion in ffee of and in All those two Customary Messuages or Tenements lately One Messuage or Tenement And lately in the Tenure or Occupation of Thomas Willeter the Elder and Thomas Williter the younger being heretofore a Toft called Hookers Hangle with the Barn Orchard Garden and Yard thereunto belonging and Adjoining Situate lying and being in Mickleham in the County aforesaid And I do also give to my said Wife And to her Heirs all my Estate Right Title and Interest in unto or out of the Aforesaid Premises and all other my Real Estate whatsoever to hold the same unto her and her heirs for ever And I make Constitute and Appoint her my said Wife full and sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament and do give and bequeath to her all my personal Estate whatsoever To hold the same unto her and their Own Proper Goods and Chattles for ever In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament contained in One Sheet of Paper set my hand and seal this sixth day of June in the year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and fifty three Thomas Arnold
