This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Arnold late of Piddletown in the County of Dorset but now residing at Corfe Castle in the same County Widow I give and bequeath unto my Executor hereinafter named All & singular my money and securities for money Goods Chattels and other Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever Upon Trust to convert the same into money and by and out of the proceeds thereof in the first place to convert the same into money and by and out of the proceeds thereof in the first place to pay and satisfy all my just debts funeral & testamentary expences and after payment and satisfaction thereof Upon Trust to pay and divide the residue of such Trust monies unto and equally between my five children namely William James Jane Betty and Mary And I hereby nominate and appoint David Durell of the Town and County of Poole Executor of this my Will And I hereby direct that it shall be lawful for him to reimburse himself all necessary expences and that he shall not be accountable for any involuntary losses And I declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this thirty first day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty five The Mark X and seal of Elizabeth Arnold   (Attestation Clause)   R W Parr Attorney Poole      John Mitchell Corfe Castle   Proved at London 22 July 1840   PCC Prob11/1930
