The Will of Evan Anwyl

 

In the Name of God Amen I Evan Anwyl of Hendredeivlon in the Parish of Llanwrin in the County of Montgomery and Diocese of Saint Asaph ffarmer being weak in Body but of sound disposing mind memory and understanding praised be God for the same do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Jennett Anwyl and to my son Evan Anwyl all and every part of my Goods and Effects whatsoever to be divided between them both share and share alike but if my said Wife shall marry any person after she becomes my Widow my will is that she should but twenty pounds of my Goods and Effects I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Jennett Anwyl and my said Son Evan Anwyl joint Exors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all other and former Wills and Testaments by me heretofore made In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set and subscribed my hand and Seal this Third day of June one thousand eight hundred and eight Evan Anwyl
