I John Anstie the elder of the Borough of Devizes in the County of Wiltshire Snuffmaker do hereby revoke and make void all Wills and Testaments formerly made and do declare this my last Will and Testament by me as follows that is to say ffirst I Give and Devise and bequeath unto my beloved Wife Mary All my ffreehold and Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments situate and lying in the Borough of the Devizes aforesd in the said County of Wilts and in Harwell and Didcott in the County of Berks and elsewhere within the Kingdom of Great Britain To hold to my said Wife for and during so long time of her natural life as she shall continue my Widow sole and unmarried and from and after the decease or Marriage of my said Wife then I Give Devise and Bequeath all the aforesaid ffreehold and Leasehold Messuages Lands Tenements and Hereditaments unto my Children Sarah Anstie John Anstie Peter Anstie Benjamin Webb Anstie and Mary Anstie To hold to and for the use and benefit of all my said children their several heirs Executors Admors and Assigns as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants Also I give and bequeath unto my said Wife the use and usage of all my Household Goods Implements and Utensils of Household Plate Linen Stock in Trade Monies Securities for Money and all my other Goods Chattels and Personal Effects whatsoever and of what nature or kind soever for and during so long time of her natural life as she shall continue sole and unmarried and from and after the decease or marriage of my said Wife which shall first happen I give and bequeath all the said Goods Chattells Monies and Personal Estate unto all my aforesaid Children equally to be divided between them share and share alike as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants and I do make constitute and appoint my said Wife sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And it is my will and I do hereby order and direct that my said Wife shall make or cause to have made an Inventory and Appraisement of all my Household Goods Implements and Utensils of Household Plate Linen Stock in Trade Monies Securities for Money and all other Personal Estate whatsoever and that she shall deliver a Copy thereof signed by her unto each of my said children within two Months next after my decease In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the tenth day of December in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Sixty seven Jno Anstie
