This is the
last Will and Testament of me Maria
Anning of Lyme Regis in the County
of Dorset Widow I bequeath to my
Brother Edward Brown the sum of
Three hundred pounds Upon trust to
permit the same to remain in the
present state of investment or to
call in the same and receive it on
such safe security at interest as
they shall think fit and to pay the
income thereof to Anna Maria the
Wife of Charles Brown for her sole
and separate use independently of
her present or any future husband
for her natural life and after her
decease as to One hundred pounds
part thereof Upon trust for her Son
Charles Edward Brown and to pay the
same to him on his attaining twenty
one And as to the residue of the
said sum of Three hundred pounds
Upon trust for all her other
Children in equal shares to be paid
them respectively as and when they
attain twenty one And as to all the
residue of my property whatsoever
and wheresoever I bequeath the same
to the said Anna Maria Brown
absolutely And I appoint the said
Edward Brown and Henry Rowland Brown
Executors of this my Will. In
