The last Will and Testament of me Henry
Anning of Culmstock in the County of Devon Yeoman I give and
bequeath unto William Baker of Musbury in the said County Yeoman
the sum of five Pounds & to his Sister Ann Baker ten pounds to
be paid in six months after my decease I give and bequeath unto
my Brother eight shillings a week to be paid to him weekly and
every week during the term of his natural life but not to be
sold assigned or disposed of And in case my said Brother shall
at any time sell or part with his Estate or Interest in the said
weekly payments to any other person or the same shall be
assigned for any reason of any judgement or Insolvency of my
said Brother then and in either of such cases I direct that the
said weekly payment shall cease and be determined from and
immediately after such sale or assignment thereof and the
beneficial Estate and Interest of and in the said weekly sums
shall fall into my residuary Estate and go to my Executors
hereafter named all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate
and Effects whatsoever both real and Personal that I shall die
possessed of or be anywise entitled to at the time of my decease
of what nature or kind soever I give devise and bequeath unto my
two Nephews William Anning of Culmstock aforesaid and Samuel
Anning of Gittisham in the County aforesaid To hold unto them
their heirs Executors and Administrators equally to be divided
between them share and share alike And I do hereby nominate and
appoint my said two Nephews William Anning and Samuel Anning
joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament In Witness
whereof I the said Henry Anning the Testator have hereunto set
my hand and seal the thirteenth day of April in the Year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty five The mark of
