The Will of Richard Angwin

 

In the Name of God Amen I Richard Angwin of the Village of Tregadwith in the Parish of Saint Buryan in the County of Cornwall Yeoman being at this time sick and Weak but of sound Mind Memory and Understanding thanks be given to Almighty God for the same Do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament Viz I willingly resign this mortal body and soul into the hands of my Almighty Creator hoping in his mercy to enjoy his favour in a happy eternity thro the Merits of Allsufficient Saviour Jesus Christ And as touching my Worldly estate and Effects I give devise and bequeath of the same in the following manner ffirst I give and bequeath all my Rights and Properties and my Estates whatsoever to my Wife Jane Angwin during the term that my Son William Angwin shall attain the age of Twenty one....I do hereby ratify and confirm this and no other to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal this thirteenth day of October in the Year of Our Lord One thousand seven hundred and Ninety One Richard Angwin

Proved at London 14 December 1791 Administration with Will annexed to Jane Angwin Widow
