All my freehold estate known as Wolverstone, Cocking, Sussex to my wife Elizabeth Andrew for life paying the mortgage and after the death of my wife to my son Thomas paying the bond given by me to Henry Clare of Woollavington, Sussex; to my wife the use of goods and personal estate for life she with the help of my son Thomas to carry on farming for life and then all my goods to my son Thomas to sell the same paying himself fifty pounds, to my son James Andrew ten pounds, to my son William Andrew ten pounds, to my daughter Ann Howick wife of James Howick ten pounds, to my son Stephen Andrew ten pounds, to my daughter Mary Andrew ten pounds; rest between my children Thomas, John Andrew, Elizabeth Stillwell wife of Abraham Stillwell, James, Jane Perry wife of William Perry, Charles, Stephen, William, Ann Howick, Henry Andrew and Mary Andrew between them; if my son Thomas dies Charles to have the said trust; my wife Elizabeth Executrix
