The Will of Aaron Allwright

 

In the Name of God Amen the first Day of ffebruary in the thirty second year of the Reign of of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain ffrance and Ireland King Defender of the ffaith and in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two I Aron Allwright of Richmond in the County of Surry coachman being in sound and Perfect Mindand Memory Praised be Almighty God therefore but considering the uncertainty of the time do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in the manner as follows (that is to say) ffirst and Principally I recommend my Soul to God and I commit my Body to the Earth to be decently buried at the discretion and Charge of my Nephew William Allwright Carpenter of the Town of New Windsor in the County of Berks and Son of my Eldest brother William Allwright as for that Worldly Estate and Effects it hath pleased God to bless me with I dispose thereof as follows (that is to say) I Give and Bequeath this to my Nephew William Allwright son of my brother William Allwright as before his Heirs Assigns and his Administrators for ever all my Goods Effects and all my Moneys and all and whatever Appertain unto me and all that my Money laying and being in the three P Cent India Stock nevertheless the said William Allwright Heirs Assigns and his Administrators shall Yield and pay to my Sister Mary Allwright the Sum of twenty Pounds Yearly and every year of Good and lawful Money of Great Britain during her Natural Life and likewise to Moses Robinson and to Elizabeth his Wife the Daughter of my brother William Allwright and to each of their Children he do Yield and Pay a shilling to each and every one of them at my decease likewise to Mary Allwright the Widow of Amon and the Son of my Brother Moses Allwright the sum of two shillings and six Weekly and every week during her Natural Life and likewise to my Brother Thomas Allwright’s three Children the Sum of ten Pounds each (that is to say) five Pounds to each of them the end of one Year after my decease and the other five Pounds to each of them Six Months after the Payments the first Payment and Wm Allwright do pay to his own three Daughters ten Pounds each in the manner as before And I constitute and Appoint this Nephew William Allwright son of my brother William Allwright as before to be fully solely and wholely Executor to this my last Will and Testament hereby ..... and making all my former Wills to be void and of no effect or account In Witness whereof I have set my hand and seal the day and Year first above written _ The Mark of X Aaron Allwright
