Birth, Marriage and Death Indexes 1837-2004
Welcome
to the Miscellaneous Documents section of this site.
I have called this the
Miscellaneous Documents Page,
as this is where we can share many different
types of documents, that can be useful to us in researching our ancestors.
These could be Apprenticeship
Indentures, Military Records, Baptism Details, and any other documents
that we may have,
(but Please No BMD Certs or Census
Details), it would be nice for this section to grow into a great collection of
useful documents.
Please
if you you have some documents that you would like to place on this page
to share with others.
Please don't forget to make a visit
to the Poor Law Records Section of
the site, as there are even more very interesting and helpful
documents to
view, which can be so useful in our research for our family ancestors.
Best Wishes to you all, Peter

I have a copy of the case file for Louis Moroni.
He was convicted of Conspiracy to Violate Bankruptcy Laws.
He was sentenced on 24 Jun 1929 and started serving his term on
25 Jun 1929.
From the 1920 US Census, he is enumerated as Louey Morrin, living
in Johnston City IL. Looking at the actual image,
he is living in
Herrin IL with his wife Sadie and children Joe, Frank, Louis,
Eugene, Edith and Jesse.
I also found and have an obit for his son Frank.
This obit clarifies that the Louey Moroni I found in the 1920 US
Census, is the correct person.
The obit also lists his mother as Santina Rocassi.
